Now that the scorching heat of the summer is drifting away it will be an excellent time to get out and enjoy some of our favorite biking trails around Broken Arrow. There’s never a bad time to enjoy yourself in the great outdoors.

5 of Our Favorite Biking Trails Around Broken Arrow

Stone Mill Private Park Trail

Trail End Points: W. Hartford St. and N. Indianwood Ave. and N. Magnolia Ave. and W. Elgin St.

Trail Surface: Asphalt

This is a short trail on asphalt. It’s a nice ride that anyone can enjoy. Biking trails around Broken Arrow vary in surface type and length but this one is great for anyone and everyone. It’s paved which is very nice for riders of all skill levels. This trail is about 14 minutes from The Place at Quail Hollow, which is our gorgeous apartment complex in Broken Arrow!

Mingo Trail

Trail End Points: E. 81st St. to S. Memorial Dr. and E. 41st St. to E. 11th St.

Trail Surface: Asphalt

Trail Length: 8.7 Miles

Another great trail that is only about 15 minutes from The Place at Quail Hollow is the Mingo Trail. This one is about 8.7 miles long, paved, and great for riders of all skill levels who can handle that distance. Of course you don’t have to ride the whole trail in order to get some fresh air, enjoy the great outdoors and enjoy this particular part of the biking trails around Broken Arrow.

Haikey Creek Trail

Trail End Points: S. Elm Pl. and W. Quincy St. and E. 91st St. just west of S. Juniper Ave.

Trail Surface: Asphalt

Trail Length: .5 Miles

If you are living in our apartment complex, The Place at Quail Hollow, this trail is just a little more than 10 minutes from you! It’s a paved trail that is only about a half mile in distance. This is a great one to ride out to from the apartment complex, enjoy the scenery, and then ride back if you are looking for a more challenging ride. It makes for a very nice ride overall!

Liberty Trail

Trail End Points: Creek Turnpike (at the Mingo Trail) and E. 101st St./New Orleans St. (Tulsa)

Trail Surface: Asphalt

Trail Length: 9.5 Miles

This is a great trail for more experienced riders who are looking for a longer distance in the biking trails around Broken Arrow. It begins at the Mingo Trail which is another great biking trail around Broken Arrow you can check out at the same time! It’s only about 5 minutes from The Place at Quail Hollow so if you want to make a quick round trip on the bike this would total about 15 miles round trip if you ride out to the trail head from the apartments!

Country Aire Trail

Trail End Points: E. 71st St./W. Kenosha St. and N. Fir Ave. and S. Fir Ave. north of W. Dallas St.

Trail Surface: Asphalt

Trail Length: .8 Miles

The Country Aire Trail is located about 5 miles from The Place at Quail Hollow. You can get a great ride by riding out to the trail and then making a big loop back to the apartments. You get about 10 miles overall. This is another of the great outdoor biking trails around Broken Arrow. Like most of the trails around Broken Arrow this one is multi use so there will be other users who are biking, inline skating, walking or jogging, and more!
